Pricing FAQ
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal in one click. Your plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for, then stops. Your inspection records are never deleted — you can still sign in, view, and export everything.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted, ever. Buildings beyond your new plan's cap become read-only: every record, report, and photo stays viewable and exportable, but no new inspections or edits until you upgrade or archive buildings to get back under the cap.
Do contractors need a paid seat?
No. Contractor invites are free guest access. Your fire contractor gets a magic link, completes the inspection on their phone, and the record lands in your account — they never count against your user seats and never see your other buildings or billing.
Is my card required for the trial?
No. Every new account starts with 14 days of the Growth plan, no card on file. If you don't subscribe, you drop to the Free plan and keep all your data.
Is FireCode 360 a compliance guarantee?
No. FireCode 360 is a record-keeping and reminder tool. It helps you keep the inspection records NFPA 25 expects building owners to keep, but it does not certify code compliance — your fire marshal (AHJ) has final say.
